TASK:
Part 1: Writing
Write a paragraph outlining what you think the class should do during your 'free' English class. Do not discuss your ideas with anyone else yet!
This will be assessed using the rubric at the bottom of the page.
Part 2: Speaking & Listening
You will take it in turns to present your ideas within your groups.
As a group, you will then decide on ONE idea as the best use of your 'free' English lesson.
Part 3: Decisions!
As a group, present your final idea choice to the class. Can you - and finally, decide on ONE final idea.Spend some time thinking about how you will present as a group for the class to decide.
Submit YOUR original work to me for assessment please.
Part 4: Peer Reviews & Targets
You will look over four example What If...? pieces of writing.
As a group, you will decide how well it has met the objectives of using sentence variety and effective vocabulary to persuade, and complete a Google Form evaluation.
Using this discussion and the feedback from me on your rubrics, you will write TWO PERSONAL TARGETS for your next assessment.
